After losing in the first few matches, Mumbai Indians are back to winning ways and it will be an interesting thing to notice if Kings XI Punjab can overcome their away blues in Mumbai. As Rohit Sharma and Ravichandran Ashwin face each other, there will be a battle of brains as well.

Mumbai have been expectedly good at home and will try to exact revenge of the loss at the IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali in the second week of the IPL. The last encounter was a fairly easy encounter for the Punjab-based franchise as KL Rahul attacked from the word go, and with top-order support from Chris Gayle and Mayank Agarwal, he took the team over the line.

Sharma will have an opportunity to exact revenge at his team’s home base in Mumbai after regaining the momentum by getting the better of Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad respectively. Alzzari Joseph’s debut has turned out to be an inspiring decision and with all three new faces in the form of Rahul Chahar, Jason Behrendroff, and Joseph performing well, Jasprit Bumrah’s burden has reduced a lot as well. This promises to be an interesting encounter.
