Pat Cummins is an aggressive fast bowler and never the one to shy away from using all the tricks available to intimidate a batsman. Today, in the second T20I in Bengaluru, his superb inducker floored KL Rahul and just when the batsman was lying on the surface, he aggressively took the stumps down.

For the second consecutive time, Rahul started batting with elan and he showed his confidence when he took Jhye Richardson and Cummins for sixes that would take the breath away. His batting was typical to what the Chinnaswamy Stadium has been watching for a while now thanks to Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers.

After failing to disturb his momentum, Australia tried playing the mind game with him and a couple of bouncers were coupled with slower balls to confuse him. However, Rahul was so tempting to go all out that he hit Cummins for two consecutive sixes on the fourth and fifth balls of the sixth over.

On the last ball of the over, Cummins got the ball to angle into Rahul and when he went for a tuck, he missed it altogether. In the process, he lost his balance and as the ball struck his guard, he was seen laying flat on the ground. While Indian physio was running into the ground to check if everything is alright, Cummins went near Rahul to take the stumps down.
