Bengaluru FC B beat Chennaiyin FC Reserves 6-1
Bengaluru FCâs B sides ran a rout over Chennayin FC Reserves as goals from Lalengzama, Naorem and Lalrintluanga, apart from Parag Shivasâ brilliant hat-trick saw them winning 6-1. The Blue Colts take on Jamshedpur FC Reserves in the next game on May 9, as they head away for their final two fixtures.

Coach Naushad Moosa made four changes going into the final home game of the campaign as Nishu Kumar, Namgyal Bhutia, Lalengzama and Parag all started against the Chennaiyin side.
It was the Blue Colts who began attacking from the start and it took just under four minutes for them to break the deadlock. Nishu floated in a good ball from the right flank to Lalengzama who controlled down the middle and lobbed a pass towards Parag. The striker timed his run well to bring down the ball on the right in the box and smash it home at the far post with a low effort for his second goal of the campaign.
Bengaluru continued the forward push throughout the first half and it was only in the 44th minute that they finally got the second. Parag outjumped his marker to head home
The second half got off to a flying start, as the Blue Colts struck inside four minutes. Lalrintluanga dispossessed an opponent before setting up Lalengzama on the right who finished with a calm effort at the far post.
Ten minutes later the home side struck twice in quick succession to make it 5-0.
In the 68th minute, Parag completed his hat-trick with a well-taken effort on Namgyalâs cross in from the right as the Blue Colts took their tally to six, their most in a single game this season. Just as he did in the first leg, skipper Prosenjit Chakraborty pulled one back for Chennaiyin in the 77th minute as the game ended 6-1.
