In an interview yesterday in Turin to a Portuguese station, Cristiano Ronaldo admitted that he could end his career next year or at 41 years old. He's still motivated to prove that he's the best in the world as he's been working hard, but has no idea when his career may come to an end.

Juventus' main star is still undecided if he'll be able to play until his late 30's or if retirement is coming soon, according to Goal. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has continued his impressive run last season, after a surprising move from Real Madrid to current Italian champions, netting 28 goals in 43 games.

Confronted with his longevity in an interview to TVI, Cristiano admitted, "I don't think about that. Maybe I can finish my career next year... but I can also play up to 40 or 41."

"I don't know. What I always say is to enjoy the moment. The gift is excellent and I have to continue to enjoy it."

He then pulled the accolades to himself, believing he's the best out there. "Are there any football players who have more records than me?" he asked.

"I don't think there are any footballers who have more records than me."

It is to be seen when Cristiano Ronaldo's decline begins, but one thing is for sure, we can expect to see him perform at a great level for this upcoming season.
