India suffered a terrible loss on Wednesday as Jeremy Hayward and Blake Govers scored a brace each to take the hosts to a huge 4-0 win against the Men in Blue in Perth. Prior to that game, the Indians won against WA Thundersticks and Australia A before drawing one against the A side in the second one against them. Now India failed to score a single goal against the senior team and they will have to rectify a lot when they will meet in the next game on Friday.

The Indians got penalty corners in the game and some good chances inside the circles as well but the Manpreet Singh-led side didn’t find the back of the net on a single occasions and failed to register a win. That was the first international game for India ever since Graham Reid took over the Indian team in April and the result was something that the Indians would be really disappointed off. Now, it remains to be seen what the visitors will come up with in the second game when they will take on the Kookaburras again on Friday.
