Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho is set to leave the next summer, with Manchester City and Manchester United being the top runners to land his signature. The young attacker was the gem in Dortmund’s title-challenging side in the last term and has been touted to be as the next great English star.

Jadon Sancho is set to leave Borussia Dortmund next summer, with the Daily Mail reporting that the Englishman is considering his future. The 19-year-old has already sparked a scramble for his signature this summer with both Manchester clubs very interested in a deal. The Red Devils did make their interest clear with a reported £100 million bid, but Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke refused to sell.

But that will change next summer, as the Mail further added that Dortmund have already started to search for replacements. The report further added that the Red Devils are the front-runners for the English attacker, although Manchester City do have a clause inserted into their deal with Dortmund.

That clause does allow the club to match or better any offer that the German giants do receive for Sancho. This is cause for concern when it comes to Manchester United, but Dortmund have already started the search for a potential replacement reports ESPN. It further adds that the Bundesliga giants have started scouring not just England and Germany but all over the world for the next Jadon Sancho.
