Chennai: Squash star Saurav Ghosal, who will be leading India's charge in the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast in the next few days, has touched his personal best world ranking of 13 as per the latest release from the PSA. He was on 14 last month.
Generally, the fresh ranking list has an encouraging reflection for India with top players improving in their standings. Joshna Chinappa has jumped to 14 from 16, Dipika Pallikal Karthik has progressed to 18 from 20 while Harinder Pal Sandhu, the other top 50
As for the rest, Vikram Malhotra is on 64, Ramit Tandon on 67 and Mahesh Mangaonkar on 68.
