Despite reaching the No.1 position in the world rankings, Andy Murray has insisted that he will not stop working hard and will always try to get better in his career. He has also wished the former World No.1 Novak Djokovic to comeback stronger at the ATP World Tour finals.

Despite spending the major part of his career under the gigantic shadows of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray has shown brilliant resilience to put in one valiant effort after another to reach the pinnacle of Tennis. But he knows that a little bit of complacency at the O2 arena may cost him his position to Novak Djokovic.

In the wake of it, Murray, who is going to play Croatian ace Marin Cilic on Monday, said, "I don`t want to spend time discussing what`s happened in the last few months. I want to keep getting better.

“That`s what I`ve always tried to do. I don`t feel any different," reported AFP.

Speaking about the pleasure of being the best Tennis player in the world, the Scot said to the BBC website, "It feels good, obviously, but I don't feel any different this week than I did the week before.

“Maybe when you step on the court you have a little bit more confidence and feel a little bit better about yourself when you're hitting balls. But I didn't feel much different when I woke up on Monday morning. I felt just the same."

Murray, who is supposed to be very good pals with Djokovic, wished him all the luck for the ATP World Tour Finals.

He said, "There's no reason to think he won't have a really good tournament. Before then he'd been playing great, so for him not play his best tennis for a couple of months, I'm sure it's not too much to worry about.

“I'd imagine shortly he'll be back to playing his best tennis."

After completing a career slam by winning the French Open, Novak Djokovic has lost his way and has not been able to win a tournament after that. But his brilliant record at the ATP Tour finals may inspire him to come up with a good show.
