India take on Thailand in their second match of the King's Cup, which is also India's chance of winning a third place in the oldest Asian football tournament. After raising fans' hopes with some entertaining stuff against Curacao in the first match, Stimac would want to capitalize on it on Saturday.

With the Indian manager stating that he would be giving chances to every player of the 23-man squad who didn't feature in India's 1-3 defeat top Curacao, the fans could see the likes of Anirudh Thapa, Adil Khan, Balwant Singh and many more players taking the field in Buriram. However, a change in set-up isn't expected as the formation did reasonably well for Stimac in the second half of the match.

Thailand, on the other hand, lost to Vietnam at home to an extra-time winner and would want to salvage something from it against India. Another huge incentive for the hosts would be the revenge of the humiliating AFC Asian Cup defeat to India where India scored four goals. Sunil Chhetri had scored twice in that game with Anirudh Thapa and Jeje Lalpekhlua getting the other two. Two of the three will play on Saturday and they would fancy their chances as well.
