Indiana Pacers had a good performance from their second unit as they managed to beat Sacramento Kings 130-106 in the second game to sweep the NBA India Games 2-0 in Mumbai on Saturday. Pacersā bench scored the most of the points in the second match as they got 91 out of the total 130.
This contest was quite different from the first game, as the Pacers used a 46-point second quarter to take a commanding lead and they never let up. Their bench did the majority of the damage, scoring 91 of the team's 130 points. The Kings offence couldn't replicate their performance from the first contest, failing to cut into Indiana's lead at any point in the second half.
The story of the game was Indiana's second unit, scoring 91 of the team's 130 points. Alize Johnson led the team with 17 points with Aaron Holiday (16 points), JaKarr Sampson (15 points) and Justin Holiday (14 points) all chipping into the bench's big game, too. Of their typical stars, Myles Turner was a monster protecting the rim with five blocks to go with 12 points and three rebounds.
For the Kings, Buddy Hield had another well-rounded game with 17 points, five rebounds and five assists in 28 minutes of playing time. Marvin Bagley finished with 15 points and six rebounds and De'Aaron Fox went for 10 points and six assists.
