Goyat, Singh win pro boxing bouts in South Korea

India’s Neeraj Goyat and Dilbag Singh won their respective six-round boxing professional bouts in Incheon, South Korea.
WBC Asian welterweight title-holder Goyat won by unanimous decision in six rounds against Filipino Ronnel Esparas, while 2010 Commonwealth Games bronze-medallist Singh won in the second round with a knock-out punch against Rocky Alap-Alap of Indonesia in the super lightweight category.
It was Goyat’s eighth professional fight and Singh’s second. “I was very confident about my fight and now I'm trying for world title,” Goyat said.
