After a comprehensive 3-0 series victory against a depleted Sri Lankan side, India have moved clear of the chasing packs and now extended their lead over second-placed South Africa by 15 points. On the other hand, Sri Lanka, after yet another horrible series, continue to languish at seven.
After getting bowled out for a paltry 135 runs in the first innings, Sri Lankan batsmen surrendered once again in the second innings as India continued their dream run in the Tests to seal the series 3-0 at Kandy.
