Kolkata Knight Riders and Trinbago Knight Riders player Chris Lynn has revealed that he loves traveling around the globe and entertaining fans with his style of cricket as he embraces the culture wherever he goes. The Australian explosive batsman is currently playing in the Caribbean Premier League.

Explosive all-rounder Chris Lynn is a well-renowned figure in domestic cricket tournaments, all across the globe, especially in the T20 format. Right from the Big Bash league in his home country of Australia, the Indian Premier League, the Caribbean Premier League, the Pakistan Super League and even this year’s inaugural global T20 Canada, Lynn has seen it all.

A right-handed batsman, who bowls slow left-arm orthodox, Lynn has revealed that amidst all the traveling and adapting to new locations, he has learnt to embrace the culture of whichever country he’s playing in as said in a recent interview with Cricbuzz.

"Every tournament has got their own characteristics. You look at the IPL, cricket in India is the biggest, you never get a downtime moment in India and it’s good fun. Playing in front of those crowds is obviously different from playing in front of Caribbean crowds, it’s a lot more relaxed over here. In the Big Bash, I get to play in front of home crowd, friends and family which is also very special. All these tournaments, there’s no negatives, it’s just about how well you can adjust to those conditions.

"For me, I love embracing each culture and if I don’t embrace it then and I’m having a bad run of form, the days go on for 30-hours and it’s just no fun. So I just try and really embrace their culture, whether it's in India, the Caribbean, Dubai and obviously at home as well," Lynn said in an interview with Cricbuzz.

Lynn currently plies his trade for the Trinbago Knight Riders in the CPL, which is the sister concern of the Kolkata Knight Riders, both owned by Bollywood superstar - Shahrukh Khan. Lynn is the sixth player after Sunil Narine, Colin Munro, Darren Bravo, Brendon McCullum, Javon Searles to play for both Trinbago Knight Riders and Kolkata Knight Riders. In May 2018, he was named as one of the ten marquee players for the first edition of the Global T20 Canada cricket tournament.
