Indian national football team coach Stephen Constantine has announced a 34-man probable squad for the upcoming AFC Asian Cup qualifiers match against team Macau. Five players from the U-23 squad made their way to the senior squad and will also be training for the international encounter.

Stephen Constantine’s blue army will face Macau on September 5. Before this big game, the team will be staying in Chennai from August 11 onwards and will participate in the Champions Cup 2017 which will be organised by All India Football Federation (AIFF).

The four-nation tournament will take place in Chennai between August 17 to 27. Caribbean side St. Kitts & Nevis and African side Mauritius have approved of their participation but AIFF is still in the hunt for the fourth international team.

In the Asian Cup qualifiers, India already maintained their winning form as they thrashed Myanmar away from home in the first game and then they defeated Kyrgyzstan at home in the second match.

After two wins, India are at the top of the group table. If they register win against Macau, the Indian team will take a step closer to the qualification for the main competition.
