Sell Henrikh Mkhitaryan before it’s too late, demands Arsenal legend Nigel Winterburn

Henrikh Mkhitaryan completed a move from Manchester United to Arsenal two seasons ago but hasn’t had the impact that the fans and the board were expecting. Due to that, a former Nigel Winterburn already thinks the club should sell him this summer, in order to make some profit.
Former Manchester United star Henrikh Mkhitaryan came to Arsenal in a deal involving Aléxis Sanchez back in 2018, but both of the players disappointed for their respective teams. This has seen Nigel Winterburn, a former Arsenal player, go on to say that the club should really look towards selling the Armenian attacker this season, especially with the club's issues defensively and the addition of a few new players.
"Arsenal should look to sell Mkhitaryan to a European team this transfer window. When everyone is back fit for Arsenal, Mkhitaryan is going to struggle to get any game time at all during the season," said the Arsenal legend in an interview with Goal.com.
"Mkhitaryan looks a frustrated figure, nothing seems to be working out for him on the pitch – his passes are misplaced, his shooting is off and he can’t beat his man. His performance against Newcastle on the opening game of the season wasn’t good enough, especially when you’re playing at the highest level," Winterburn concluded.
It remains to be seen if the Armenian will stay put at the Gunners' squad or if he's going to be sold to another club where he could eventually become one of their main stars.
