Coming off an impressive win against one of their biggest rivals in Arsenal at Anfield, everyone is wondering if this is finally the year the Merseyside club ends their 29-year first-tier title drought. With few changes to the team, Liverpool looks more ready than ever to challenge Pep Guardiola's team this upcoming season, according to the Daily Mail.Â

Opposition still hasn't found an antidote for the high-intensity playing style the German manager implements on his players, and that could be an advantage for the Reds as they know Manchester City won't drop many points in league games. Yet, it is still to be seen if that's enough for Liverpool to become champions again after a 29-year drought.Â
