According to Goal.com reports, Kerala Blasters management are in talks with Indian winger Seityasen Singh to sign him for the upcoming season of the Indian Super League. Seityasen was ruled out from the NorthEast United FC in the last season of the league due to an unfortunate injury.

There are reports that the Kochi-based ISL club Kerala Blasters FC might sign Seityasen for the next season. It will be a reunion for the Indian winger with the newly-appointed Kerala coach Eelco Schattorie. When Schattorie was with the Highlanders, Seityasen was signed by the team but was unable to play in the last season because of an injury.

After finishing ninth on the points table last year, the Blasters are trying to bring in some good players for the next edition under the guidance of Schattori who took the Highlanders to the semi-finals last season.

Seityasen, a 27-year-old from Manipur, has also played for the Indian national team under Stephen Constantine and had a goal and three assists in the 11 matches that he played in the 2017-18 season for the Delhi Dynamos in the Indian Super League. After being ruled out from the fifth season, Seityasen will target the upcoming edition to prove a point or two.
