Serie A giants Juventus are planning to make a shock bid for French forward Kylian Mbappe, after a bid for Neymar failed during this summer. Real Madrid are also hot on the heels of the Mbappe, but it seems that Juve have the capability to pip the La Liga giants for Mbappe’s signature.

Italian newspaper Calciomercato has reported that Juventus have made Kylian Mbappe their primary after the club could not land Brazilian superstar Neymar this summer. The reports also claim that Real Madrid are the frontrunners to sign the 20-year-old, however, Real president Florentino Perez is aware of the fact that Juventus possess the financial prowess to sign the French sensation.

PSG are also focusing to build their team around Mbappe, who cast doubts into his future at the Parc des Princes by saying that he’s ready for a new challenge.

“It’s a very important moment for me, I come to a turning point in my career. I have discovered a lot here and I feel it is perhaps the moment to have more responsibility. I hope that can maybe be at Paris Saint Germain, that would be a great pleasure. Or perhaps elsewhere with a new project.” said French starlet reports the Express.

Mbappe has now become the biggest superstar at PSG and France, after leading the French National team to the 2018 World Cup.  The former AS Monaco player’s current contract at the Ligue 1 champions ties him to the club until 2022, which means that it is highly unlikely that Mbappe will leave the club for anything less than what PSG bought him for.
