Fazel Atrachali becomes the first ever Pro Kabaddi Player to enter the one crore club

Iranian Kabaddi player Fazel Atrachali was purchased by U-Mumba for a record sum of Rs one crore which made him the costliest player in the kabaddi league’s history. Another Iranian Abozar Mohajermighani was picked up by Telugu Titans for Rs. 76 lakh on the first day of the PKL auctions.

Each of the 12 franchises who are part of the Pro Kabaddi league have been handed a total amount of four crores to utilize in the ongoing auctions. Iranian star Fazel Atrachali leads the list at pole position after he became the most expensive player in the league’s history after U-Mumbai paid a massive sum of Rs. 1 crore for his services.

Next, we have, Abozar Mohajermighani of Iran, who was picked up by Telugu Titans for Rs. 76 lakh. Ziaur Rahman of Bangladesh who was purchased for Rs. 33.25 lakh while Korean player Jang Kun Lee of Korea who came next at Rs. 33 lakh was bought by Bengal Warriors.

F Milagardhanand Abolfazl Maghsodloumahali of Iran was picked up for Rs. 21.50 lakh by Telugu Titans and Rs. 21.25 lakh respectively for the upcoming season of Pro Kabbadi League.

Another Korean, Dong Geon Lee was picked up for Rs. 17.20 lakh Gujarat Fortunegiants followed by Hadi Hostorakh of Iran, who was purchased for Rs. 12 lakh by the same team. 

Koreans Young Chang KO and Taedeok Eom were picked up for Rs. 11.40 lakh by Jaipur Pink Panthers and Patna Pirates respectively while U-Mumba shed Rs. 11 lakh for Iranian player, Hadi Tajik to complete the list.
