Aditi Chauhan, India's first female footballer to represent a Premier League club, made three crucial penalty saves for the West Ham United Ladies FC to hand them victory over Swindon Town. Chauhan's heroics put her side through to the next round in the FA Women's Premier League Plate.

In January, Aditi Chauhan had to return back to India from the UK after her student visa expired, which prevented her from representing West Ham United Ladies FC. But, Loubourough University, where she was studying, gave her a part-time job, which offered the 23-year old goalie another chance to continue playing for cthe English club.

Chauhan made a terrific comeback for her club as her three saves in the penalty shootout paved the way for her team's victory over Swindon Town at Thurrock in the FA Women's Premier League Plate.

With the match tied at 2-2 at the end of regulation time, Chauhan saved Swindon's first, third, and fourth penalties in the shootout to win the match for the West Ham ladies team.
