EPL champions Leicester City were edged by Sevilla in their CL Round of 16 match 2-1, but Jamie Vardy’s crucial away goal helped them stay in the hunt for a last-eight place. Manchester United defeated Saint-Etienne 1-0 in the second leg to take them to 4-0 and into the Europa league's Round of 16.
Sevilla 2-1 Leicester City
Sevilla dominated the game from the beginning and came close to a spectacular breakthrough only after four minutes of the game when Pablo Sarabia took the ball beyond Kasper Schmeichel but failed to push that to the goal post properly.
Sevilla's early pressure looked to have paid off after 25 minutes of the game as Sarabia headed the ball superbly into the net to give Sevilla a 1-0 lead. Joaquin Correa doubled it with a superb close-range finish in the 62nd minute of the game, but Jamie Vardy, whose lackluster form has become the major talking point of the season, ended his bad patch and found the net from an incisive pass from Danny Drinkwater.
FC Porto 0 - 2 Juventus
Riding on goals from substitutes Marko Pjaca and Daniel Alves, Juventus defeated a 10-man Porto in their Champions League last-16 tie. Porto had to play the game with 10 men for the major part of the match as left-back Alex Telles got two yellow cards in the match. That, in turn, allowed Juventus to dominate the game.
In the final quarter of the match, Marko Pjaca hit the ball on target after getting a deflection off Miguel Layun to slam his first goal since joining the club in July. Just two minutes after the first goal, Daniel Alves chested down Alex Sandro's shot and sent that into the net to double the lead.
Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri was a seemingly happy man and said, "This team still has plenty of room for improvement but the lads showed great maturity tonight. "We're entering a crucial period of the season and we need to approach it with enthusiasm, determination and be as clinical as possible.
"But we can't believe 2-0 is enough to see us through. We have to broach the return as if it's still nil-nil."

Saint-Etienne 0 - 1 Manchester United
A 17th-minute goal by Henrik Mkhitaryan helped Manchester United ease past Saint-Etienne 1-0. United started the game sharply, with Mkhitaryan flicking in Juan Mata's cross early on to leave the hosts needing five goals. Just after scoring the goal, Mkhitaryan had to depart after a hamstring problem.

Speaking after the game, Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho said, "Everything was under control, solid, focused, professional. Obviously, the first goal kills every hope. We still like to win the game. I told the players if someone gives me a 2-1 victory it is not enough. I always want the best possible result.
"I have to give the right message to the players and the right message is to play with a strong team and have a bench with options. We knew it would be difficult. It was important to play solid and to have complete control of the game."
