Kerala Blasters have continued bolstering their squad with the latest signing being that of Serbian forward Slavisa Stojanovic on Saturday. Stojanovic has predominantly spent his career in Serbia and has only one spell outside of his home country, at Israeli outfit Hapoel Kfar Saba.

Indian Super League (ISL) outfit Kerala Blasters, which is owned by Sachin Tendulkar, have boosted their attack after signing Serbian forward Slavisa Stojanovic. The club announced the signing of the 29-year-old striker on Saturday as they continue preparing for the upcoming season of the ISL.

Stojanovic has principally spent his entire career in Serbia with only oneĀ stint outside of his home country during the 2016-17 seasonĀ when he had played for Israeli outfit Hapoel Kfar Saba. He last played for Serbian SuperLiga outfit FK Radnicki Nis, where heĀ scored 10 goals in 31 appearances in the 2017-18 season.

The 5'10" forward would be expected to bring in goals for the Blasters who had struggled to find the back of the net in the previous season. The David James-coached outfit finished sixth and had only scored 20 goals in 18 games despite the presence of stellar names like Iain Hume and Dimitar Berbatov in theĀ attack. The fans would be hoping Stojanovic's signing would address their goal scoring concerns.
