India made short work of a hapless Thailand side with a 73-20 win today in the semifinal of the Kabaddi World Cup. Nitin Tomar, Ajay Thakur and Pardeep Narwal all played their parts to perfection as India look set to defend their title against rivals Iran tomorrow.

After an opening shock defeat to South Korea, India have picked themselves up and powered through to the semifinals of the Kabaddi World Cup against Thailand. Thailand, on the other hand, had defeated Japan in a thriller on Wednesday to set up the last-four clash against the defending Champions.
