The Rajasthan Royals extend their dominant run in the 2024 Indian Premier League by shadowing Lucknow Super Giants by seven wickets and an over to spare. Sanju Samson and Dhruv Jurelā€™s fantastic fifties eclipsed Kl Rahul and Deepak Hoodaā€™s half-centuries in Ekana Stadium, Lucknow.

Winning the toss, Rajasthan Royals skipper Sanju Samson did not hesitate to bowl first. Trent Boult and Sandeep Sharma beautifully operated with the new ball, cleaning up Quinton de Kock and Marcus Stoinis in the first and second over respectively. Subsequently, Deepak Hooda and KL Rahul soaked the pressure, adding to a 46-run powerplay.
