Kagiso Rabada and overthrows have been quite the love story in this Test so far but tempers flared on Friday after an overthrow. After Quinton de Kock’s lapse in concentration gifted India an extra run, Rabada lost his cool and unloaded on the keeper and the duo exchanged verbal blows.

It is never easy for overseas pacers in India, as more often than not, both the conditions and the pitch are not favourable for them. Kagiso Rabada has thus far bowled a lion-hearted spell in this Test, bowling 30 overs and accounting for three wickets. But despite that, the speedster has been extremely unlucky, with many a chance falling short of fielders.

But every player has a breaking point and Rabada’s came in the 123rd over. After Ravindra Jadeja blocked a good length delivery straight back to him, Rabada lobbed the ball back to the keeper. However, with de Kock not paying attention, the ball went beyond the head of the keeper, allowing India to steal an extra run. Rabada was infuriated by this incident and he instantly unloaded on de Kock, asking him to “Watch the f****** ball”. De Kock, who was clearly not having any of this, responded back to Rabada and the duo indulged in a heated verbal argument before things eventually cooled off.

Here is how Twitter reacted to the incident:
