Day 11

05:096 years ago Thatβs all from our side!
It has been an exhilarating 10 days of some absolutely outstanding performances by the Indian athletes, which made our task all the more fun. This has been an absolutely historic Games for India. From winning the first Gold medal in Table Tennis to having a 16-year-old win the Gold in Shooting, these Games had everything. India returned with a final tally of 66 medals out of which 26 were gold. The shooters, wrestlers, boxers and Badminton stars excelled at the Games but now it is our responsibility not to let this momentum die and build on all this to make the Tokyo Games a big success. Let's make sure that we don't turn this into a false dawn like the 2012 Olympics!!!

#GC2018 #gc2018badminton @LeeChongWei is turning on the heat now. He seems to be increasing the tempo with every rally. But if @srikidambi can continue to control that net the way he did for 13-15 he should be able to fight back from here in the second game
