Qatar Cricket Association announces start of International Qatar T10 League

Qatar Cricket Association have announced their maiden league starting from Dec 6, 2019 to Dec 18, 2019 in association with International Pro Event. Qatar T10 will have 6 teams comprising 24 International stars, 12 players from Associate Countries, and local talented players from different QCA clubs.

After Abu Dhabi T10 League, Qatar is the latest association to be inclined towards the format and even secured the ICC permission to the maiden league starting from Dec 6, 2019, to Dec 18, 2019, in association with International Pro Event. The T10 tournament will have 6 teams comprising 24 International Cricket stars, 12 players from Associate ICC Countries, Qatar National Cricket team players and loads of local talented players from different QCA clubs.

"Qatar is proud to have been assigned this league by ICC. This will take our country to an international sports arena," Mr. Youssef J Al Kuwari, president QCA, said in a press release.

The T10 league is set to be hosted in the state of the art Asian Town International Cricket Stadium as QCA has lined up with several top sponsors to be a part of this event, locally & internationally. QCA has nominated Intl. Pro Events to carry out the league procedures because of their successful past where they've carried out several popular events.
