Terms and Conditions for IPL 2025 Prize Draw on Sportscafe

Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the participation in the IPL 2025 Prize Draw ("Competition") hosted by Sportscafe. By participating, you agree to abide by these T&C.

Organizer

    The Competition is organized by Sportscafe, an online platform providing sports-related content and user engagement.

Prize Fund

    The total prize fund for the Competition is INR 10,00,000. Prizes include electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) and monetary prizes, which will be transferred to the winner's bank account. Sportscafe will cover all shipping costs related to prize delivery.

Participation Mechanics

    Website Prize Draws

      Daily Draw: INR 2,000 will be awarded daily to one randomly selected registered user, from March 21, 2025, to May 23, 2025.

      Main Draws: The main prizes (smartphones, tablets, etc.) will be drawn on the following dates: March 28, April 4, April 11, April 18, April 25, May 2, May 9, May 16, and May 23, 2025. Winners will be randomly selected using Random.org among users who registered on Sportscafe from March 1, 2025. Winners will be announced live and contacted via email with instructions on how to claim their prizes.

    YouTube Prize Draw

      Date: May 26, 2025.

      How to Enter: Subscribe to the channel, like the video, and comment with a specific text and your Sportscafe username. Channel subscriptions must be public to verify eligibility.

      Winner will be selected using Random Comment Picker.

    Instagram Prize Draws

      Main Draw Dates: April 11, May 2, and May 26, 2025.

      How to Enter: Follow the Instagram profile and comment under the pinned post with your Sportscafe username. Registration on Sportscafe is mandatory.

      Quizzes (INR 5,000 Prizes): March 26, April 10, April 24, May 9, and May 23, 2025. Participants will answer quiz questions in the comments, with five winners chosen at random to receive INR 1,000 each.

    Telegram Prize Draws

      Main Draw Date: May 26, 2025.

      How to Enter: Join the Telegram channel, comment with your Sportscafe username, and include a registration link in your comment.

      Telegram Premium Giveaways: Ten giveaways of 5 subscriptions each will occur on March 28, April 4, April 10, April 17, April 23, April 30, May 6, May 13, May 19, and May 25, 2025. The mechanism for these giveaways will be clarified later.

General Rules

    Rules Page: These Terms and Conditions available on a dedicated page on Sportscafe’s website, with a direct link on the homepage.

    Personal Data: Participant data, including email addresses, Telegram ID, and usernames, will be used exclusively by Sportscafe and will not be shared with third parties. The data may be used for marketing purposes by Sportscafe.

    Prize Collection: Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of the winner’s confirmation. The prize delivery timeframe may vary based on the team’s workload in India.

    Failure to Contact: If the winner fails to respond within 30 days from the prize notification, their prize will be forfeited.

Monetary Prizes

    For monetary prizes, the minimum amount for transfer will be INR 1. Prize funds will be credited to the winner’s bank account, and the winner must provide their bank details (including account number, bank name, and IFSC code) to process the transfer.

Documentation for Prize Collection

    Postal Prizes (India): Winners may be required to provide their passport details for postal prize deliveries.

    Monetary Prizes: Winners will need to provide their bank details (account number, bank name, and IFSC code) for processing monetary prizes.

Age Restrictions

    Participation is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. If a winner is found to be under 18, the prize will be forfeited or awarded to a legal guardian. The Competition is open only to residents of India.

Tax Obligations

    Sportscafe assumes no responsibility for any potential tax consequences or obligations arising from participation in the Competition. Participants are solely responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes or fees in accordance with prevailing laws.

Technical Limitations

    Sportscafe is not liable for technical failures, network issues, or other external factors that may affect participation in the Competition.

Consent to Participate

    By participating in the Competition, participants acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.
