Mitchell Starc dominated Bangladesh to a great extent in the second Test. After losing the first Test against Bangladesh at their home-ground, Starc decided to take charge this time. He went on to take 6 wickets in 10 overs, bowling out Bangladesh for 64 runs only.

If you are facing Australia in Australia, you will have to be scared of Mitchell Starc. Bangladesh did not understand this in the first game, but they were able to understand this as soon as the second match started. Pat Cummins won the toss and decided to bowl first.

With Mitchell Starc opening, he went on to take a wicket on the very first ball. And with this, he started a frenzy which no Bangladesh batter could afford to stop. As he went on to take wickets, the Bangladeshi batsmen looked clueless to a great extent. He finished the innings with a figure of 6/12 in 10 overs.

These are the figures which could easily scare off any batting line-up. As he dominated for the team with the ball, it also opened ways for Cameron Green and Steven Smith to dominate with the bat. Australia finished the first day with a lead of 101 runs, as Twitter has reacted to Starc’s bowling.

Unfair Competition

Having Mitchell Starc on green decks just seems like an unfair competition for the batsmen. They literally got no chance.

Jump Scare

Mitchell Starc was able to take a five-wicket haul in just 22 balls. This was not just a fifer, it was a jumpscare for the Bangladeshi team.

Nice Script

A Twitter user suggested that Australia should declare right now in the game and let Bangladesh bat again. We all loved watching Starc dominate the batsmen with his bowling skills.
