Tottenham Hotspur are on the verge of signing Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham, in a deal that could reach ā‚¬35 million plus the addition of midfielder Josh Onomah. The English wonderkid is one of Mauricio Pochettinoā€™s top targets, with Spurs desperately trying to bring him in this summer.

Fulham's teenage star Ryan Sessegnon is being closely monitored by Tottenham for the last two years, and a move may be imminent, according to Goal. The 19-year-old has been a top priority for Tottenham's board, as they look to reinforce the squad and the club are optimistic that this last bid will do the trick.

Sessegnon's wish to move from West to North London is well known, and the addition of Onomah in the deal could lead to a possible agreement between both teams. The Cottagers are keen on adding the midfielder, with manager Scott Parker a big fan. Still only 19-year-olds, Sessegnon has already participated in U21 European Championship for England this summer, playing in their first two games.

With the Championship season already underway, Sessegnon hasnā€™t featured yet thanks to a reported injury, with Scott Parker confirming as much. "In terms of why heā€™s not here with us is due to the fact heā€™s coming back from a hamstring injury, which heā€™s rehabbing. Heā€™s back on the grass jogging.

Heā€™s progressing well.Ā  Obviously, Iā€™ve read all the speculation, weā€™ve all seen the speculation over the summer, but to this point now thereā€™s been nothing that would suggest to me that that [Sessegnon leaving] would be the case. ā€˜Weā€™re planning with Ryan around, really."

Parker told reporters after a 1-0 loss to Barnsley. With two days to go until the transfer window closes, it is still yet to be seen if Ryan Sessegnon's future will remain at Craven Cottage or elsewhere.Ā
