As the transfer window approaches, FC Barcelona are reportedly preparing to reshape their attacking lineup by potentially selling Ferran Torres. The club views Torres as the most expendable option among their current forwards, especially with Lamine Yamal and Raphinha considered untouchable in the squad.
Barcelona are keen to secure Marcus Rashford on a permanent deal from Manchester United for around ā¬30 million, while also planning to extend Robert Lewandowskiās contract despite interest from MLS clubs. Additionally, their long-term attacking target is JuliĆ”n Ćlvarez, who is reportedly open to leaving AtlĆ©tico de Madrid.
To fund these moves, Barcelona are willing to listen to offers for Torres, whose contract runs until 2027, making this summer a key opportunity to generate transfer revenue. Although the 26-year-old has had a solid season with 16 goals overall, including 12 in LaLiga, his form has dipped in 2026, with just three goals and none since January 31. The clubās ideal plan would see Ćlvarez lead the attack, with Lewandowski as backup, significantly reducing Torresā role.
