Indian golfer Diksha Dagar finished her Dubai Moonlight Classic campaign at tied-20 despite being set for a top 15 finish in the competition at one point of time. In LPGA Mediheal Championship in California, India’s Aditi Ashok has made the cut for the weekend rounds after a good comeback.

Dagar finished at tied-20 at the Dubai Moonlight Classic in the United Arab Emirates. With two bogeys on Par-5 16th and 18th, Dagar finished the final round in two under 70. Dagar had earlier won the Women’s South African Open and had finished T-5 and T-17 at the NSW Open and Lalla Meryem Cup respectively. Finishing tied-20 in Dubai is a good result for the Indian golfer.

In another tournament, India’s Aditi Ashok managed to get to three over 147 and made the cut for the weekend rounds at the LPGA Mediheal Championship. After 74 in her first round, the Indian did well to add one over 73 to make the cut at the Lake Merced. Two late birdies on the 15th and 16th helped Ashok get a chance to do well in the tournament in the next round.

Meanwhile, in Volvo China Open, Ajeetesh Sandhu (69) is the best among all the Indian golfers in the competition as he is at T-39 after 54 holes. Among others, Khalin Joshi has fallen from T-23 to T-65 while SSP Chawrasia (72) was T-59.

On the other hand, Anirban Lahiri failed to make the cut for the weekends at the ongoing Wells Fargo Championship in Charlotte.
