The second grand slam of the season is warming up, as the third day of the French Open witnessed some exciting tennis. The clash between Gael Monfils and Dustin Brown, for one, saw some exquisite shot making, including two phenomenal shots in one rally. Here are the day's top three shots:
Tsonga sets up a stunning point against Olivo
Jo-Wilfried Tsonga’s first round match was suspended because of fading light even as he was trailing 5-7, 4-6, 7-6 (6), 4-5 to Roland Garros debutant Renzo Olivo. On a day when not much went right for Tsonga, the 12th-seeded Frenchman tested Olivo’s technique by hitting a sizzling crosscourt smash followed by a sensational drop that Olivo could only play into the net.
