WATCH | Australia do an India with DRS in Bengaluru Test
Australia have been absolutely spot-on with their reviews on the Indian tour so far, but they finally got one wrong with Shaun Marsh to hand India a lifeline in the Bengaluru Test. Australia held back their sole appeal only for replays to show the ball miss the stumps by a mile.

Two wickets and one review down, the visitors were still cruising with Steve Smith and Shaun Marsh, who had scored a half-century in the first innings, holding the run rate well on track. However, Umesh Yadav struck soon trapping Marsh, who offered no shot, with an angled delivery from around the wicket. Steve Smith, who had not placed himself in the best position to judge the trajectory, was skeptical and the chance of losing their only remaining review stayed the Aussies' hand.
Replays, however, showed that the ball was missing the stumps by a mile. Australia quickly slumped to 101/6 needing 87 runs still. It appears the visitors will be left to rue a crucial miss on a part of the game they have been good at. The decision would especially rankle them as they lost a batsman who had looked capable of dealing with the wicket in the first innings and until then in the second as well.
