Twitter reacts as Hashim Amla plays a Test innings against Afghanistan
South Africa registered their first win of the World Cup and it couldn't have been more convincing. But cricket fans may have a different opinion as Hashim Amla's slow innings made it painful to watch. Fans on Twitter even went on to say that Amla should hang up his boots after this World Cup.

Was it the slowest ODI innings?
I think Amla needs to call it a day if this is all he can offer against a small team like Afghanistan #SAvAFG #CWC19 https://t.co/Mb2f5n8Gq0

Good job guys!
South Africa doing a great job of taking their time to secure this win, ensuring that if they do somehow finish level on points for the top 4 they'll miss out on run rate. #SAvAFG #CWC19

Painful to see him bat!
Anyone else absolutely cringing while watching Hash bat? This is painful and embarrassing. He can't be given more chances during this WC. He has 36 off 74. Shame. #SAvAFG #CWC19
