Ashes | Twitter stunned as Labuschagne transcends in City of Churches with second blinder to end England dreams
If there's one thing about miracles it is that they never arrive in pairs by their inherent nature. Try telling that to Marnus Labuschagne though as the Aussie flew on Day 5 of the third Ashes Test to take his second blinder of the innings and practically win the Ashes in Adelaide.

England put up a brave fight on the final day of the third Test at the Adelaide Oval with the urn on the line but it was only enough to reduce the margin of defeat to 82 runs as Australia took a 3-0 lead heading into Melbourne. The day began with the visitors requiring an unlikely 228 runs for victory with just four wickets in hand, until a 91-run stand between Jamie Smith and Will Jacks had them believing. Even after the former fell, Jacks found able company with Brydon Carse and the duo took the tourists to within 100 runs of victory when Marnus Labuschagne decided enough was enough.
On the second ball of the 98th over, Mithcell Starc steamed in from around the stumps and angled in a length ball into the channel to Jacks, who drove at the Kookaburra with hard ends. However, all he could manage was a thick outside edge and the ball went flying to the cordon, seemingly destined to split the gap between the wicket-keeper Alex Carey and Labushchagne at first slip. However, the latter put in a sprawling plunge to his left, collapsing to the deck in a jiffy with an arm outstretched to swoop the red cherry from right in front a diving Carey's gloves and somehow managed to cling onto it to complete a blinder. It was eerily similar to his effort the previous day to dispatch Ollie Pope, as was the celebration with Labuschagne putting the jets on and taking off into the horizon.
Twitterati was lost for words, only metaphorically.
Again!!!!
THERE IS NO WAY HE HAS DONE IT AGAIN!
