Twitter Reacts as Bangladesh Hand a Massive Defeat to Pakistan in 1st ODI
The first ODI between Bangladesh and Pakistan saw the dominance of the home team. Chasing the short target with 8 wickets remaining, Bangladesh has received a strong start to the ODI series. Tanzid Hasan and Nahid Rana played crucial roles, as fans reacted to this famous win.
The ODI series between Pakistan and Bangladesh had a dramatic start, with Bangladesh securing a massive victory. While everyone expected Pakistan as the better team in this game, they fell a long way short against Bangladesh in the first ODI, losing the game by a massive margin of 8 wickets.
The toss was won by Bangladesh, and noting the pitch conditions, the home team decided to bowl first. Pakistan started off well, until Nahid Rana came in as the fourth bowling option. Rana went on to take 5 wickets, as Mehidy Hasan Miraz finished with 3 wickets to bowl out Pakistan for just 114 runs in 30.4 overs.

Bangladesh started off the chase in a dominant style against the Pakistani bowlers. Tanzid Hasan took the charge even after the wicket of Saif Hassan fell early. He received support from Najmul Hossain Shanto who scored 27 runs, as Tanzid scored a half-century to power Bangladesh to a win.
