Suryakumar Yadavs Availability in Doubt Before RCB Match
Suryakumar Yadav may not be a part of Mumbai Indians for its upcoming match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Reports suggest that Suryakumar and his wife will be welcoming their child soon. Due to this reason, the MI batsman might not be able to feature in the next game.

Mumbai Indians saw a captaincy change in the previous match against Lucknow Super Giants. Hardik Pandya was unavailable to play for the team as he suffered with back spasms. In his place, the team was led by Suryakumar Yadav, who is also the skipper of the Indian team in the T20 format.
But now, there might be another change in captaincy for the team. Hardik Pandya has not travelled with them for the upcoming match against RCB. And doubts also remain on the participation of Suryakumar Yadav. While he doesn't have any fitness issues, there is a different reason behind which he could be missing out on the game against RCB.
Reports suggest that Suryakumar Yadav and his wife Devisha Shetty are expecting their first child. For this reason, Suryakumar Yadav may not be available for Mumbai Indians in the upcoming match, leaving the team's captaincy on a cliffhanger.
Our Take
With Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya being unavailable for the team, it remains to be seen who will lead the side. Fans want it to be Rohit Sharma, who has led the team to win five IPL titles. But that just seems impossible as the Hitman played as an Impact player in the last game, and he has not led the team for a long time now. Still, Mumbai Indians will have to explore some other captaincy options which could help them to continue their winning momentum against a team such as Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
