ICC unveils 2016 T20 World Cup logo
The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday unveiled the logo of the 2016 Twenty20 World Cup, which is to be held in India from March 11 to April 3 next year. The tournament will feature 16 teams with ten full member associations and six associate members, who will qualify through the 2015 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier.
The ICC unveiled the logo through its Twitter account on Tuesday morning.

ICC awarded India the right to host the tournament after its meeting in Dubai on 28 January 2015.

The top eight teams from the ICC T20 International Championship rankings will automatically qualify for the Super 10 stage. The other two spots in the Super 10 stage will be decided between the eight teams, who will compete in the first round. Scotland, Ireland, Netherlands, Afghanistan, Hong Kong and Oman qualified for the first round from the 2015 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier.
