WATCH | Shoaib Malik makes Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh crack with laughter
India and Pakistan matches have always been associated with hostility and enmity, however, contrary to that belief the players of the two teams were seen having a good laugh together. Yuvraj Singh and Virat Kohli were seen conversing with Shoaib Malik whose words cracked up the Indian players.
Pakistan registered a historic victory at the expense of arch-rivals India yesterday at the Oval to lift their maiden Champions Trophy title. Pakistan posted a monstrous total of 338 courtesy of a blazing knock from Fakhar Zaman, who scored his maiden century and a cameo from Mohammad Hafeez.
Chasing 339, the Indian batting line-up collapsed to a paltry score of 158 thanks to some splendid bowling by Mohammad Amir and Hasan Ali, who took three wickets each.
However, after the match, the players from both the sides were captured sharing a light moment together. The video posted by the ICC on their Twitter handle shows Yuvraj Singh and Virat Kohli conversing with Shoaib Malik and Pakistan bowling coach Azhar Mahmood who burst into laughter after Malik narrated a funny incident using gestures with his hand.
The video has gone viral over social platforms as it highlights the 'Spirit of Cricket'.
