Aakash Chopra Reveals Who Was Better Between Virat Kohli & Sachin in SENA
A comparison between Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli has been going on among the fans when it comes to SENA countries. AB de Villiers made a bold take on it, as he said Kohli to be the better batsman. But recently, Aakash Chopra also talked about this comparison between the two legends.

Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar are considered as two of the greatest Test batsmen of their own generations. Tendulkar helped India for decades with his brilliance in Test cricket. On the other hand, Virat Kohli brought in an aggressive side, which was possible with his captaincy.
However, a controversy had brewed on the internet on both of these players. AB de Villiers made a comment that Kohli has been a better player in SENA countries as compared to Tendulkar. Since then, various people have criticised de Villiers on the same.
Recently, Aakash Chopra also put down his views on this matter. He said, “SENA countries will tell you your true capability. Overall, in SENA countries, 63 matches for Sachin paaji, his average is 51.30, has 17 centuries and 23 half-centuries, and he has 5,387 runs. Virat Kohli – 48 matches, 3,781 runs at an average of 41.54. We shouldn't look at the centuries because Paaji has 63 matches, and Virat has also scored 12 in 48 matches, but there is a significant difference in the average.”
Our Take
Virat Kohli has been a great player for the Indian team in SENA countries, but Sachin Tendulkar has been totally next level. This is one of the key reasons why the records which had been owned by Tendulkar in this format of the game are hard to be achieved by any other Indian batsman. Several players tried their best to come close to the same, including Virat Kohli, but none of them managed to break them.
