Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bengaluru will be facing each other in the IPL 2026 opener. The match is scheduled on 28 March but for the cricket fans, each passing day feels like an eternity. As of now, there are still 4 days left for the match to take place, and the fans just can't wait.
Both RCB and SRH displayed impressive performances in their training matches. This has already set the stage for 300+ run expectations from the stalwarts. Just before the tournament, both teams were missing out on their key bowlers. Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins both had not joined their teams in time.
They are also set to miss on the initial games, coming in as a setback for both RCB and SRH. But now, it is just RCB who is having a setback, as Pat Cummins is all set to join SRH in Bengaluru.
