Giovanni Lo Celso was included in Lionel Scaloni’s Argentina squad during this international break to play against Chile and Mexico. They played against La Roja yesterday, which resulted in a 0-0 draw in a game that lacked goal opportunities, and will face Mexico next in the city of San Antonio.

Tottenham star Giovani Lo Celso played for only 53 minutes before being substituted due to a groin injury, and is likely to miss his national team next match, according to the Daily Mail. However, the player devalued the occurrence, telling reporters that the injury wasn't serious. This does give Mauricio Pochettino a small headache, with six players injured.

"My problem was only a blow. It is not something to worry about. We deserved a bit more. We had a lot of chances to convert but it wasn't to be," said Lo Celso to Daily Mail.

Tottenham's most recent signing hasn't played significant minutes yet with Mauricio Pochettino as he came on deadline day and is still adapting to Premier League reality. If injuries start to pile up for the midfielder, he could have a hard time making his way into the club’s first eleven, with tough competition from Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela.  The 23-year-old had an incredible season with Real Bétis, catching the eye of many European powerhouses, netting 16 goals on 45 appearances.
