Daniel Farke has said that Leeds United will be having a quiet January Transfer Window due to a number of reasons. However, according to some recent reports, it doesn't seem to be quiet for the team as they are working beyond the cameras to strengthen their line-up through the same.
Recently, Daniel Farke also hinted that the team is looking forward to some options in the strikers, as some of their players will be departing from the team in the January Transfer Window. Joe Gelhardt will be leaving the team, as he moves to Hull City, while Charlie Crew will also leave the team before the February 3rd deadline on a loan deal.
According to some reports, Leeds United have shown interest in signing the Wales defender, Ben Davies. He has been linked with the team various times even during the previous transfer windows. Davies has been a part of Tottenham Hotspur for almost a decade, and he is just 9 matches away from making his 350th appearance for the team.
Along with that, his contract with the team also comes to an end in June, as Leeds United are pushing strongly to make the deal happen. It is also said that the team is looking up to a cut-price deal for the signing of the defender.
