Double trouble for Kirti Azad; Hockey India and DDCA to take him to court
Hockey India (HI) and Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) on Thursday decided to file civil and criminal defamation suits against former Indian cricketer and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Kirti Azad for defaming and discrediting the organisations by alleging corruption charges.

“In all the press conferences, Azad has been defaming HI along DDCA. He has been alleging fraud in HI and now we want him to prove all of that in court. We have patient all this while but now even we can’t handle it anymore,” Batra told Hindustan Times.
