Wasim Akram heckled on live television
In a shocking incident, former Pakistan cricketer Wasim Akram was rudely interrupted while on live television. The Pakistan legend was talking in the aftermath of the India-Australia clash on Sunday and like many others, showering praise on Kohli when some people from the locality took offence.
Wasim Akram, who was invited to discuss and analyse India’s heavyweight clash against Australia on Sunday night by a television news channel, was heckled by locals. With the late night shooting taking place, some locals objected to hosting the show in the locality. However, only one man was involved in the incident and employees of the news channel Aaj Tak confirmed that no harm had been caused to the 49-year old.
The employee later went on to tweet the following:
Friends no need to panic. Nothing wrong with @wasimakramlive - a few people just objected to the cameras there. That's it

Akram earlier in the day was saddened by the bombings in Lahore and had tweeted saying he had ceased all work commitments for the day.
Due to this merciless attack in my country, I have ceased all work commitments tonight. My heart is with my hometown. Stay strong #Lahore
