Virender Sehwag trolls Saqlain Mushtaq on his birthday
Pakistani legend Saqlain Mushtaq has become the next victim of Virender Sehwag’s trolling on Twitter. While wishing the former off-spinner on his 39th birthday, Sehwag posted a video on Twitter of him hitting Saqlain for a six to reach his triple century against Pakistan in 2004 in Multan.
The former flamboyant opener has made a name for himself for his unique way of wishing his fellow cricketers on their birthdays, and Saqlain Mushtaq has been added to the growing list of names who have been trolled by the Nawab of Najafgarh.
A very happy birthday dear @Saqlain_Mushtaq .

Stay blessed and Thank you for the memories. Enjoying watching this in loop. pic.twitter.com/QOryy3L2TF
Wishing Saqlain on his birthday on Thursday, Sehwag wrote, “very happy birthday dear @Saqlain_Mushtaq. Stay blessed and Thank you for the memories. Enjoying watching this in loop.”, and added a video of him hitting the former Pakistani international over the boundaries for a six to complete his memorable triple ton in Multan in 2004.
Sehwag scored 309 runs in that innings as India posted a mammoth total of 675. Saqlain, on the other hand, conceded 204 runs in 43 overs while picking up just one wicket in the process in what was a forgettable outing for him.
While Sehwag’s tweet was an instant hit with the Indian fans on Twitter, the Pakistani fans did reply to him with a lot of abusive tweets. Sehwag retweeted a lot of replies by the Indian fans to add more fuel to the Twitter war.
