Australia announce Andrew Tye as replacement for Pat Cummins for T20Is
Cricket Australia have announced Andrew Tye as the replacement for Pat Cummins for their upcoming T20I series against India which will start after ODI series. Cummins will skip the T20I series as the Australian selectors had decided to send him home in order to prepare for the 2017 Ashes.
Cricket Australia confirmed that T20 specialist Tye would replace Cummins for their upcoming T20 series against after announcing last week about the unavailability of Cummins for the T20 series.

The knuckle-ball specialist hasn’t played any international cricket after the IPL where he dislocated his shoulder after playing only six games for the Gujarat franchise. He faced a surgery to repair the joint which ended his hopes of playing for Gloucestershire in England's Natwest T20 Blast.
Australia will play three T20I against India in Ranchi, Guwahati, and Hyderabad on October 7, 10 and 13 respectively.
