West-Indian star all-rounder Dwayne Bravo feels the talent that Virat Kohli possess is as good as legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. He recollected that he used to give advice to his younger brother Darren Bravo, to learn from Kohli when both were playing Under-19 cricket together.

Virat Kohli is certainly the cynosure of world cricket at the moment and there is no dearth of comparison or praise for him as well. On Monday (April 16), Chennai Super Kings all-rounder Dwayne Bravo heaped praise on the 29-year-old by comparing him with Cristiano Ronaldo, known as one of the all-time football greats, while also revealing some interesting things as well.

When Kohli was not a star, Bravo was confident that the boy would evolve as one the best in the years to come, judging him from his under-19 days. In a surprising statement, the big-hitting West-Indian recollected how he used to give advice to his younger brother Darren Bravo to learn the art of batting when both Kohli and Darren were playing under-19 cricket for their respective countries.

"Virat actually played under-19 (cricket) with my younger brother Darren and I always tell my brother that Virat is a person he shall look up to, I am not saying that because I am here," the 34-year-old Bravo, who plays for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL), said attending a promotional event in Mumbai, as reported by Times Of India.

"I actually asked Virat to talk to my brother personally about batting, about cricket. When I see Virat, I see Cristiano Ronaldo of cricket. For me, as a cricket player to play against him and to watch him play when he represents India, even RCB, I admire the talent that he has, the passion he has for the game, for the sport when he plays. So hats off to him and he deserves all the achievement," Bravo added.

It is to note that, Legendary football player Ronaldo represents Spanish giants Real Madrid and is a five-time Ballon d'Or award winner. Kohli, a big-time football fan himself, had earlier openly spoken about his admiration for the Portuguese star many a time and how he idolizes his work ethic.
