Twitter reacts as Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli refuse to walk off after nicking the ball
Even though Royal Challengers won the game against Mumbai Indians at home, the talk of the town was Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma not walking away even after nicking the ball. The fans were evidently not happy with the actions of their idols and quite expectantly took it out Twitter.
Brief scores : Royal Challengers Bangalore 167/7 (Manan Vohra 45, Brendon McCullum 37; Hardik Pandya 3/28, Jasprit Bumrah 1/22) beats Mumbai Indians 153-7 (Hardik Pandya 50, Krunal Pandya 23; Tim Southee 2/25, Mohammed Siraj 2/28) by 14 runs.

Wonderful striking from Manan Vohra!
When you have a small ground...
And that's the 100th six at Bengaluru this season.

Rohit Sharma the gentleman!
Fantastic gesture by @ImRo45 to immediately signal to the umpires that he was unsure if he had taken the catch cleanly. #RCBvMI #IPL2018

And then Virat Kohli did this!Β
With all due respect to @imVkohli, he should start walking off if he nicks the ball. Such is his brand in cricket right now. He used to do this before a lot as well. But this is a gentlemen game. All the fans will be hurt if their inspiration does something like this! #RCBvMI

Sunil Gavaskar and his commentary! -_-
@imVkohli nicks, restains himself from looking back. Sunil Gavaskar calls it smart.

Someone else does it, the pundit world go crazy calling it cheating.
Why such hypocrisy? #RCBvMI #IPL2018
Gavaskar~ Whenever a batsman nicks, he looks behind the stumps.

Rohit Sharma's batting in a nutshell!
Rohit Sharma is so fast that he enters the ground while Ishan Kishan leaving the crease, comes back and sits at pavilion even before Ishan Kishan reaches the pavilion.

Indian Captain Virat Kohli and Vice Captain Rohit Sharma.
Both displayed poor sportsmanship.
This cannot be a sign of Idols dor youngters
Virat nicked. Umpire didn't give. Bumrah & Rohit/MI didn't review.

Rohit nicked. Umpire didn't give. Umesh and Virat/RCB review.
Both cases batsman stood ground. DRS was available. Smarter one took the decision to review. #RCBvMI
And it was under pressure!

Siraj joins the party!
Virat Kohli has much trust on M Siraj, that's why he is not dropping him in any match, and Siraj is giving him exactly what virat wants from him.
